IEMS Simple Monitor V. 3 00 is an intelligent monitoring and control product. It is widely used in smart display terminal products, video terminal products, and industrial automation terminal products, such as: advertising machines, digital signage, intelligent self-service terminals, intelligent retail terminals, O2O intelligent equipment, industrial control hosts, robotic equipment, etc.
1.2 Product Overview
The environment monitor communicates with the remote server through the integrated WIFI module, providing real-time environmental monitoring information reporting, remote control, and online program upgrades. The board integrates temperature and humidity sensors and relay switches; external interfaces support fan PWM control, fan speed feedback collection, access control monitoring, water immersion, smoke, light sensor, and LCD screen brightness monitoring interfaces. The temperature can be detected through the on-board or external temperature sensor, matches the preset temperature value and automatically controls the fan. Reserve an RS485 communication interface to communicate with the terminal.
1.3 Product features
- The board integrates a temperature and humidity sensor and supports 8 external single-bus temperature sensors;
- The digital tube displays the temperature cyclically ;
- Buzzer, alarm prompt in case of high temperature or failure;
- Programming temperature: low temperature preset temperature, fan start preset temperature, fan full speed preset temperature, high temperature protection preset temperature;
- From the start of the fan to the full speed of the fan, the speed is synchronously adjusted according to linear proportion PWM;
- Supports 2 independent PWM outputs and 16 independent fan speed feedback collections;
- Integrated 2-way relay switch;
- Supports 1- way light sensor, access control, smoke, and water immersion interfaces;
- Support decoding board backlight control signal collection;
- Support LCD backlight control signal output;
- Integrated WIFI module, real-time communication with remote server: reporting monitoring data, remote control, remote setting of temperature warning threshold, online program upgrade, etc.;
- Integrated RS485 interface supports the host to collect and monitor data through RS485 communication ;
